Activate an owner-issued administrator invitation POST

Closed administrator enrolment through the signed Platform portal. Does not create a session or permit public signup or password recovery.

Central email authentication: email-otp/request-password-reset POST

Verified non-admin email accounts can sign in by code or recover a password. New portal accounts require a live matching email invitation in X-Medbuk-Invitation-Token. Explicitly enabled native member signup permits inbox-verified personal accounts without an invitation. Invitations are accepted separately.
