Central email authentication: sign-in/email-otp POST
Verified non-admin email accounts can sign in by code or recover a password. New portal accounts require a live matching email invitation in X-Medbuk-Invitation-Token. Explicitly enabled native member signup permits inbox-verified personal accounts without an invitation. Invitations are accepted separately.
