Save reviewed manual readings with explicit storage consent POST

Only the canonical CODES units and plausibility bounds are accepted. This route records manual entries after review and save; it does not perform OCR or write to native health stores. Reuse entryId and the same readings on retry. A changed payload or another owner's UUID returns 409. No existing health reading is updated.

Correct, hide or restore your private saved record POST

Hide is reversible presentation state, not erasure. Corrections append a replacement and retain original provenance/history. Reuse the exact operationId and payload on uncertain retry; expectedVersion rejects stale changes. A successful retry acknowledges the original operation and returns the latest record state, which may include later actions. Hidden records do not contribute to current Passport or meal summaries.
